What happens when I hit a limit?
We block the operation, not your service. Existing images continue serving. No overages, ever. You'll get email alerts at 80% and 100%.
Are there egress fees?
No. Zero egress fees, always. You pay a flat monthly price regardless of how many times your images are viewed.
What about free tier image retention?
Images older than 6 months that haven't been accessed in 30 days may be cleaned up. You get a 14-day grace period. Upgrade to any paid plan to keep everything.
Can I use this with any coding agent?
Yes. The API works with any HTTP client. We ship a Claude Code skill for native integration, and provide OpenAPI spec + llms.txt for any agent to discover and use PixelVault.
Where is my data stored?
At rest, in the EU. Image files live in Cloudflare R2 (EU jurisdiction) and account data + metadata in an EU-region Postgres database — GDPR-friendly by default. Requests run on Cloudflare's global edge. Our site uses cookieless analytics, so there are no tracking cookies and no cookie banner.
